Auto Blog Feeder User Instructions
There is also a video showing the steps below in the same
folder you found this document in.
(Note: this guide is for wordpress v2.7. The plugin will
work for v2.5 & 2.6, but all screenshots relate to v2.7 of wordpress).
Upload the plugin file as per the instructions in “install_instructions.txt”
Log into your WordPress admin under http://www.yourdomain.com/blog/wp-admin
Under plugins, you will the “Auto Blog Feeder”
If it’s not activated, you can activate it by clicking the “Activate” button at
the right hand side (shown below):

Once the plugin is active, you can start using it by clicking the “Auto Blog
Feeder” link in the left hand menu of “plugins” (shown below)

You will then see the “new campaign” form (as shown below):

Simply, select the directory with your articles in it from the “directory dropdown”
(you will need to create a directory via FTP and upload the article files
first into this directory).
(Note that articles files should be in .txt format with the first line of the
.txt file as the required post title and the rest of the lines as the required
post body).
Now select your start time under “Start Time”. This is the time/date that the
FIRST article will be posted at. This time must be what is shown by default (set
to now) or sometime in the future.
Now select your interval. This is the time when each subsequent post will be
posted after the start time.
For example, if the start time is set to 23:30 and the interval is set to 0
hours, 5 minutes 0 seconds the post times will look like this when your blog
posts are live.
First article posted at: 23:30
Second article posted at: 23:35
Second article posted at: 23:40
Second article posted at: 23:45
And so on…
If you wanted the posts 3 days apart then you
would set the hours at 72. Be sure you add minuets and seconds as well and
try to not use even day times such as 24, 48, or 72 hours so your postings will
all appear at different times and appear totally natural to search engines.
And finally set the posting category. The dropdown menu selects all available
categories you have previously set up on your blog. So if you need a new category, select
“categories” from the post menu (shown below) and follow the instructions there:
You will need to run Auto Blog
Feeder one time for each category you wish to Auto Blog posts to, regardless of
how many articles you decide to add to each category.

Finally, click the “Post Article” button and all articles will be posted

A few important notes:
All posts are generated immediately and added to the queue in WordPress, but if the post date is in the
future, they are automatically scheduled to post in the future (so they won’t
immediately show live in your site).
This allows you to make any changes to the posts if you need to before they go
live. You will find these posts by clicking the "posts" link on the upper
left of your blog.

That’s it, you are now set to have your Auto Blog Feeder drip feed content into
your blog for years to come!
